The issue on newer devices is the app is 32-bit compiled and newer devices such as the latest Samsung phones only run 64-bit compiled apps. |

If someone has Ken's contact details and sounds him out on a potential 'crowdfunded' one off update to a 64 bit version to futureproof it for practical purposes, that would be great, but I don't *believe* anyone is left in that position. I'd pitch into a kickstarter for a new app. |

| Posted: | | | | Totally agree! It's frustrating how quickly technology moves and leaves behind essential apps like DVD Profiler. Hoping for a 64-bit update or some kind of workaround. |

| Posted: | | | | for those who still need DVDProfiler on Android, I managed to get DVDProfiler working on Android 15 by running the application under VPhoneOS using 32bit emulation. |

| Posted: | | | | Same issue here. I'm using S24 Ultra and an old Xiaomi—runs DVD Profiler but lags badly. Any workaround? |

| Posted: | | | | Invelos needs to either update their bloody product (like they should) or send out a mass notice to all the customers they orphaned with an apology and stop selling it online.
The fact that they're still selling a product that doesn't actually work is criminal.
Anyone interested in a lawsuit or at least filing with the BBB. They're a US-based company.
Location: 12830 Mill Rd, Fredericksburg, Virginia, 22407-2220, US Company Phone: (540) 786-8560
Of course, that address leads to a house in the country. If the product is dead, so should the website be. Lest no one be deceived into accidentally giving this trash company another penny. This product was the BEST DVD Collection software out there, kinda still is, which is what sucks the most. But the company is trash & refuses to make ANY efforts to communicate with its customers or update it's product. A halfway-decent coder could update this for 64-bit for a small fee, which I'm sure the community here (myself included) would be more than happy to cover. But they're not even trying, which should tell you everything. | | | Last edited: by Zeoran |

The one point you make that I agree with is that Invelos should stop selling DVD Profiler if development and product support are dead. The fact that you must purchase it for a fully functioning application suggests that at the very least you should be able to get product support. --------------- |

--------------- But they're not selling the Android app any longer since it's not on the Play store. Yes, they still sell DVD Profiler for PC, but that still works. |
